Jason Aldean and Florida-Georgia Line

Last Saturday we loaded up our cars and coolers and headed to Columbia, South Carolina for the Jason Aldean concert.  Gaines surprised me with tickets for Christmas...with the extra bonus that we'd be going with three of our favorite couples!  We stayed at The Inn at USC, which was a great hotel and close to the concert.  We had dinner at Jillian's before heading over the Colonial Life Arena.  This was our second time seeing Jason Aldean and he did not disappoint!  But I have to be honest...I think my favorite part was Florida-Georgia Line.  I just love singing along to their songs. :)

It was such a fun night!  Definitely one for the books. ;)  

Jason Aldean: Part 2

We just got back from the best weekend in Charleston with my family.  As I was looking through my camera phone pictures, I found this video from last weekend's concert and thought I'd share.  It was during Jason Aldean's "Dirt Road Anthem" and can you tell I couldn't help but sway as he sang? ;)

Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean

Last Saturday we drove up to Athens for the Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean concert, which was the first concert ever held in Sanford Stadium.  As soon as we drove into Athens it felt like a gameday...tents, beer, and tons of people.  :) We ended up spotting a bunch of our college friends tailgating as we were driving down Lumpkin looking for parking and stopped to tailgate with them and then Amy and Jessica met us there.   After a few short hours we headed across the street to the stadium and sang and danced to Luke and Jason's best songs (yup, we're now on a first name basis).  Plus, Ludacris made an appearance!  That may or may not have been my favorite part. ;)

Lady A

Last Wednesday Amy and I headed to Augusta to see Lady Antebellum on their "We Own the Night" tour, which was my awesome Christmas present from her.  Thompson Square opened, and Lady A put on the best show! The boys in Lady A (Charles and Dave) are from Augusta, so seeing them play in their hometown made it extra special.   We had floor level  tickets and wiggled our way to the front of the stage (like we did for Carrie Underwood), so our view was uh-mazing.  We even and touched Charles and Dave's hands, and I am so not ashamed to say we screamed like twelve-year old girls. ;)
